Shipping Policy
- We ship across India through Shiprocket's courier partners.
- Cases are made to order, so we dispatch within 2–3 business days (Sundays and government holidays not counted) of payment confirmation. Delivery then usually takes 4–7 days depending on your location.
- Shipping is a flat ₹150 per order, and free on orders of ₹1,500 and above. Every bundle ships free.
- Cases ship flat-packed with screws included, and assemble in a few minutes.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS.
Refund & Replacement Policy
- Damaged in transit: if a panel arrives cracked or broken, WhatsApp us a photo of the damage and the outer box within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a free replacement part or case.
- Wrong item: if we sent the wrong case, we'll send the right one at no cost.
- Cancellations: you can cancel for a full refund any time before the order ships.
- Change of mind: you can return a case within 7 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it's unused and comes back in its original packaging with the screws. Return shipping is yours to arrange and pay for; WhatsApp us first so we can give you the return address.
- Made-to-order items: custom sizes and made-to-order pieces can't be returned for change of mind. Damage and wrong-item cover still applies.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the case (or of approving a damage claim).

- All prices are in Indian Rupees. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Razorpay (UPI, cards or netbanking).
- Cases are sized for the specific formats described on each product. Please check fit before ordering; message us if unsure.
- Product photos and illustrations are representative. Minor variations in the acrylic are normal.
- Brand names such as Hot Wheels, Mini GT and Kaido House are used only to describe which products our cases fit. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands.
- We may update prices or these terms at any time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies.
Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to deliver your order:
- What we collect: your name, phone number, email and delivery address, entered at checkout.
- Why: to process payment, ship your order, send order and tracking updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and reply to your messages.
- Who we share it with: Razorpay (payment), Shiprocket and its courier partners (delivery), and our email provider (order notifications). We never sell your data.
- Payments: card and UPI details are handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store them.
- Site analytics: we count visits, pages viewed, device type and country using cookie-free analytics. It does not identify you or follow you across other sites.
- Newsletter: if you sign up, we'll email you occasional updates. Reply to any email to unsubscribe.
- Your rights: email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
